The newest product in the range of our closures is the Ø18 induction cap (code IZ-18).

In the cap there is a liner made of aluminum foil, which is welded (with an induction device) to the neck of the bottle.

IZ-18 is primarily intended for closing agrochemical products (pesticides, herbicides...), but it can also be used for pharmaceutical products or any other product, because welding the induction washer (liner) to the bottle neck preserves the quality and originality of your product.

Our bottles of volume from 10ml to 100ml with a neck opening of 18mm are completed with this closure.

For this bottle we produce plastic closures Ø 28, with a locking ring which is cleaved during the first opening, and thus protects the originality of your product.

CONTAINER (JAR) VOLUME 120 ML WITH “PUSH ON” CLOSURE

Our newest product- container (jar) volume 120 ml with “push on” closure, is perfect for packing pills, capsules, granules, powders, medical herbs and spices, dietary supplements, homeopathic drugs etc. This container is “tamper proof” - push on closure has a ring that should be peeled of when container is opened for first time (provides originality of your product). The ring on its neck enables easy transfer to filling line, and wide opening (38 mm) enables easy filling. Standardly it’s produced colorless, but if requested we can produce in various colors (for orders greater than 10.000 pcs). High quality PET (poly ethylene terephthalate) material, which we use for production, gives it clarity, crystallinity (glass look alike), endurance…

Volume 200 ml , with neck opening Ø20 mm

The new bottle is intended for packing wine, because of small dimension it is ideal for distirbution in airplanes, restaurants, bars… but it can also be used for packing liquer, salad dressings, sauces, vinegar, oil etc.

High quality design highlights the quality of PET material: transparency, high gloss, high strength and low weight, lightweight and cannot be broken.

Bottle is smooth so, all the labels adhere perfectly.

Bottle is produced in these standard colors: weinekengreen, colorless, brown, of course the bottle can be produced in other colors but only for orders bigger than 10.000 pcs.

For this bottle we produce plastic closures Ø 18, which perfectly aligns with bottle.

Standard products are colorless, but upon request of customer can be produced in other colors for orders greater 10,000 pieces.

For this bottle we produce plastic closures Ø 18, with a locking ring which is cleaved during the first opening, and thus protects the originality of your product.

The opening of the bottle neck (18 mm) is compatible with standard methods of pharmaceutical closure, so this bottle can be completed with the dropper, nasal and ordinary spray, serum pumps, flip-top closure...
